Reservation Policies

Prices in Mexican pesos per night based on single or double occupancy.

Maximum occupancy 2 people in rooms with 1 bed and 4 people in rooms with 2 beds.

Up to 2 children aged 11 and under stay free in the same room sharing with 2 adults.

No pets allowed.

All reservations require a guarantee, which can be your credit card details, deposit, or bank transfer.

Any modification or cancellation must be made through the website's booking engine and is subject to the cancellation policies and deadlines for each season.

We accept Visa and Mastercard.

Entry time 3:00pm.

Departure time 12:00 pm.

Cancellation Policies

Free cancellations up to 3 days before arrival or a penalty of 1 night's stay will be charged for the total number of rooms booked.

A 1-night charge applies to no-shows.

Modifications subject to availability free of charge up to 3 days before arrival.
